• 2007 Development of 5 Acres of Student Apartments, classrooms and lecture theatres and playgrounds as part of a
  master plan for boarding school.
• 2009 Development of 20 Acres Private School in Nay Pyi Daw.
• 2003-2012 Various Housing Developments

Seezar Soesan Construction Team is currently working with a number of Telecom Corporations such as “Elite Tech”, “Yadanarbon Teleport” and “Tar Moe Nyal Chan Thar” on Telecom Radio Station Project as part of the master plan for Telecom Infrastructure Expansion by MPT.

Telecom Radio Station Projects include:

• Civil work for construction of technical buildings, drainage, fencing, tower foundation, generator house, fuel house
  Electrics and Lighting, Earthing System
• Tower supply and tower erection
• Total of 15 Sites completed, 20 underway
